British (and American) Involvement in Holocaust?

I woke up wondering if the Rockefellers and their wealthy eugenic buddies treated Germany differently than any other country. Did they fund eugenics institutes of a similar size and nature outside of Germany? I haven't seen evidence of this, so far. I wonder, if the Rockefellers were, also, like Henry Ford almost certainly was, British agents, acting under British direction; many of the wealthy American families wanted to feel like they fit in among the elite in Britain, also. What did they do in pursuit of this?

Was Germany targeted in this manner, as part of British strategy?

I was prompted to think on the Hohenzollerns, yesterday. As this began under their last Kaiser, have they spent much time investigating this question?
